Puneet Bhullar

Puneet is a 2nd year medical student who recently completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) degree. Excelling in her MMI, she received MBChB offers from both University of Auckland and University of Otago via the Postgraduate pathway.

Puneet’s BHSc background and interview tutoring experience positions her uniquely as our MMI specialist tutor.

UCAT Specialist

Ethan Lau

Ethan is a 4th year medical student who scored 3250 (99th percentile) in the UCAT for MBChB 2024 entry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Otago, and has been in the UCAT tutoring space since 2022, both privately and across multiple organisations.

Ethan is regarded as one of the most experienced UCAT specialists in New Zealand.

Dentistry-Entry Specialist

Mario Ibrahim

Mario is a 2nd year Dentistry student at University of Otago. He achieved a 10.43/10.5 weighted GPA, 95th percentile UCAT, and 80th percentile GAMSAT in 2025. He has also passed the Otago Dentistry interviews twice, and has delivered strong MMI performances with multiple medical and dental school offers across New Zealand and Australia.

Having navigated these entry pathways multiple times, Mario understands what selectors look for and how to prepare efficiently and confidently. He offers tutoring for 1st year papers, UCAT, GAMSAT, and interviews (UoA Medicine, Otago Dentistry, and Australian medical schools). Mario is our most all-rounded Premed / dentistry tutor and has a supportive, tailored approach.
